Amman - Optimal Technology Solutions, a leader company
in the field of telecommunications and information
technology had announced the acquisition of Internet
Business Solutions in Jordan, and the purchasing of full
shares.
Eng Ahmed Hamdan, the Chairman of the Board of Directors
at Optimal Technology Solutions said that Internet
Business Solutions was selected for acquisition due to
its experience and competence in the development of
mobile phones applications, an area that has great
opportunities globally and regionally.
He also stressed that the future of information
technology will depend heavily on mobile applications
sector in the near future. Hamdan also praised the
Jordanian market advantages in terms of the availability
of attractive investment opportunities, in addition to
the positive investment environment, as well as
assistance and exemptions provided in the information
technology sector.
